Ticket Price & Inclusions
Each ticket is R150 per person.
R120 of this amount will be allocated toward your personal food and drink bill at the venue. This allocation is valid only during the event for which the ticket was purchased, and cannot be used before or after, nor can it be transferred, carried over, or exchanged for cash.

Non-Refundable Policy

Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you don’t arrive or cancel your booking.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else by notifying Cloud Events at least 24 hours before the event.

Entry Requirements

A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented at the door.

No entry will be permitted without a valid ticket.

Event Changes or Cancellations

Cloud Events reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a voucher or booking transfer to attend a future event.

Conduct & Participation

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously throughout the event.

Cloud Events reserves the right to remove any guest causing disruption, without refund.

Age Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, all events are strictly 18 years and older.
